OurOut of Home Careteam is seeking aSenior Business Support Officerto provide high-level administrative and business support to the Manager and broader team.
In this role, based in theAdelaide CBD, you will work across data, reporting, correspondence and business processes to help keep operations running effectively.
This is an opportunity to use your strong organisational and administrative skills in a varied role, while contributing to projects, improving business processes and supporting the delivery of effective services across the team.
In this role, you will:
Respond to enquiries and provide a high level of service
Manage data and reporting using Excel and other organisational information systems
Review administrative systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
Support research, projects and the preparation of reports and correspondence
Coordinate office systems and records to support efficient business operations.
About you:
You manage competing priorities with initiative, flexibility and a focus on meeting deadlines
You communicate clearly and professionally, building effective working relationships with others
You have a solid eye for detail and take pride in accurate, high-quality work
You confidently manage information, data and systems, including Microsoft Office and database applications
You solve problems thoughtfully,
working collaboratively and maintaining confidentiality and inclusive practices.
