Wishbone, the latest concept from Lucas Collective, is arriving in Melbourne's CBD this November.
We are seeking industry's best Sous Chefs to join the opening team, assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations and delivering Hong Kong-inspired dining with bold flavours.
