About the role:
Work across a broad range ofcomplex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Act for sophisticated corporate, private and institutional clients inhigh-value and strategically significant disputes.
Manage matters from initial advice and strategy through tomediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
Take a leading role in matters, includingclient management, drafting, negotiations and supervising junior lawyers.
Work closely with experienced partners while enjoying ahigh level of autonomy and direct client exposure.




Play an active role inmentoring and developing junior members of the team.
Contribute to the continued growth of the practice throughbusiness development and strengthening key client relationships.
Genuine opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate or Special Counsel toprogress towards partnership, with scope for an established junior partner to further develop their practice.
The ideal candidate:
Senior associate, Special Counsel or a Junior Partnerwith strong experience in commercial litigation
Must hold a law degree support by a strong academic record
Strong drafting, legal research and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
Confident in communicating with clients, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders
A team player, capable of working autonomously
