Customer Service / Scheduling Coordinator u&u; Hawthorn, VIC, AU
Job Details Fantastic full time position with Global Healthcare Company; Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm rotation; 1 occasional weekend shift on rotation (paid overtime); Hybrid model - 2 days in office after training; and Hawthorn location - easy access by train, tram and local parking.

Becoming a part of this fabulous team within this Global organisation, you will play a vital role in assisting healthcare providers by loggingtechnical/equipmentissues or concerns, as well as scheduling technicians.
Taking inbound calls from healthcare providers
Investigating and resolving technical problems
Logging jobs into the database
Triaging and escalating jobs to remote technical support
Planning scheduling of urgent and non-urgent services
Planning scheduling of system sales upgrades and factory updates
Managing confirmation of planned preventative maintenance




Creating service quotes for work outside of contract scope
Keeping customers updated each step of the way
Managing a shared service mailbox
Permanent working rights
Experience taking inbound calls and trouble shooting
Experience scheduling technicians
Friendly, professional and positive communication
Experience using CRM databases
