We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate or junior candidate to join our finance team as an Entry Level Finance Officer.
Working within a growing service provider company, you will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in month-end reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in finance with mentoring from an experienced Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable,



including invoice processing and reconciliations- Support bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries- Help prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis- Process employee expense claims and assist with payroll data entry as needed- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding basic billing or payment queries- Maintain orderly audit trails and assist with year-end audit preparation- Contribute to process improvements within the finance function
About You
- Associate degree, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or near completion)- Basic understanding of accounting principles (double-entry, reconciliations)- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP familiarity is a plus)- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks) is advantageous- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy- Good organisational and time-management skills- A proactive, willing-to-learn attitude with high integrity
