Job Description
Bunnings Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily store operations, stock management and sales across a high-volume retail setting in Australia.
You will oversee 180+ team members, including Department Managers, Supervisors and frontline staff, ensuring a safe, engaged and high-performing workplace while coordinating with Distribution Centres and Support Offices to support growth.
Weekend shifts are required on a 1 in 3 roster.
