Immanuel Primary School in Adelaide, SA, seeks an Inclusion Teacher for a 0.6 FTE contract starting January ****.
You will support students with diverse learning needs within the Australian Curriculum and IB PYP framework, developing IEPs and personalised pathways to foster an inclusive learning workplace.
You will work collaboratively with teachers, leaders, families and external professionals to build capacity and ensure continuity of support for every student.
