Job Description
Body Fit Training is seeking a high-performing Studio Manager for our BFT Richmond studio.
You will lead a team of trainers, own the member experience, drive growth, and report to the franchise owner to achieve profitability aspirations.
The role splits time between on-floor coaching and admin duties.
Ideal candidates have Cert 4 in Fitness (or higher), Fitness Registration, CPR/First Aid, and proven leadership in fitness clubs.
