The opportunity
Join our team as a part time Cook at Multicultural Village.
In this role, you will have a passion for delivering variety of home cooked meals, including desserts, cakes, soups and sandwiches to our diverse community.
You will deliver within all aspects of the catering service at our home including budget control, ordering and storing of food items and supporting the direction of kitchen staff.

The requirements
Part time 6month Contract of 15hrs per week – must be able to work Monday and Tuesday, with the option to pick up extra shifts.
You'll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant skills
You'll hold a Food Safety Certificate
You'll have demonstrated experience in the preparation of fresh bulk cooking




You'll have demonstrated ability to order stock within budget guidelines
You'll have solid understanding of food service compliance and the requirements within the NSW Food Authority
You'll have demonstrated experience in the Aged Care Industry
