Job Description
HCF is seeking a Member Care Consultant in Parramatta to deliver personalised member service by phone, within a supportive contact centre culture.
You will work 37.5 hours weekly on a rotating roster, with training in the office for the first three months, after which you transition to a hybrid mode with at least two days in the office.
You should bring outstanding communication, a customer-service background, and an interest in private health insurance.
