St Vincent's Health Australia is expanding its Hospital in the Home (HITH) nursing service across Victoria.
We seek experienced Registered Nurses to deliver acute-equivalent care at patients' homes, residential facilities, or via telehealth, supported by a multidisciplinary team.
You will assess, plan, and implement advanced care, coordinate discharges, and collaborate with medical officers to ensure safety and quality in community settings.
