The Good Guys are hiring a Customer Support Team Member in Western Australia for the Sales and Service Hub.
This full time role focuses on delivering a positive post-service experience, resolving delivery and product issues, and coordinating with stores and suppliers.
You will work with cross-functional teams, manage customer queries, and help ensure timely deliveries while upholding compliance and high service standards.
A background in frontline customer service and MS Office is preferred.
