Job Description
As a Shift Leader or Shift Lead, Incharge, to oversees manufacturing, packaging, or plant operations during specific shifts.
To act as the Chief Hurdle Remover, solving problems quick, managing team workflows, ensuring strict safety and quality standards, and coaching operators using company's leadership principles.
Key Responsibilities
Hurdle Removal and Escalation: Act as the main contact point for fixing safety, quality, or efficiency problems immediately during off shifts.
Operations Oversight: Monitor production plans, equipment readiness, process parameters, and workflow handovers between shifts.
Team Leadership and Coaching: Guide operators, manage staff allocation, resolve conflicts, and mentor workers using visionary architect, catalyst, and Coach and dynamic shared ownership models.
Compliance and Safety: Enforce good manufacturing Practices, environmental health and safety regulations, and accurate batch or shift documentation.
Cross Functional Coordination: Connect with engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams to keep production running smoothly
