Job Description
Ese Consulting in Bendigo, VIC, AU, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead practical HR across a shift-based food manufacturing workforce.
The role balances strategic priorities with day-to-day operations, reporting to the CEO and management team.
You will drive performance management, investigations and compliance, while coordinating recruitment and onboarding and maintaining HR documentation.
Three days per week with adaptable arrangements are offered.
