Ernst & Young is seeking a Tax Consultant to join our International Tax and Transaction Services practice in Sydney.
You will advise on domestic and international tax matters across the M&A; lifecycle, including due diligence, structuring and advisory engagements.
You will also prepare tax opinions, coordinate cross‐functional teams, and build robust client relationships while mentoring junior staff and staying current with tax law changes.
