HPS Lakeside in Joondalup is seeking a motivated Hospital Pharmacist on a casual basis to support weekend services within a hospital setting.
You will contribute to secure patient care through clinical and operational pharmacy services, working with a multidisciplinary team.
Essential AHPRA registration is mandatory; hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
You will engage in medication management, clinical services and quality use of medicines while delivering high-quality healthcare.
