The Salt Foundation is a registered NDS provider with a proud history of providing programs that promote physical, social, and mental well-being for individuals, families, and communities.
As a not-for-profit charity, all our proceeds go back into the community.
Over the last 10 years, the Salt Foundation has donated proceeds to support those who are most vulnerable and disadvantaged in our community.

About the Role:
We have current vacancies available throughouttheChadstoneandOakleighareaforexperiencedFemale Disability Support Workers.
Casual roles available for immediate start.
Thisis afantasticopportunityto join a supportive team in providing home and community access.
Working with the Salt Foundation you will play a vital role in supporting our participants into pursuingtheir interests,
developing newskills,achievetheirlifestyle goals and to be valued asequalmember in the community.
Your role may involveproviding assistancewith all aspects of daily living including meals, personalcare,assistancewitheveryday householdtasksand meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.
About you:
Most importantly, you have a passion and desire to help and support others.
Clear and effective communications skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
Initiative and self-motivation
A positive and professional approach
Flexibility andavailabilityisessentialin this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, morning,dayand afternoon.
Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered

NDIS Workers Screening Check
First Aid certificate
Working Rights in Australia (Citizenship or valid working visa)
Current Victorian Driver's License
