An exciting opportunity exists for a Catholic leader to join the Executive Leadership Team as Campus Principal of the thriving Reception to Year 6 Evanston Campus.
Leading a vibrant and growing primary community of more than 520 students, you will provide strategic, educational and operational leadership, nurturing excellence in learning, wellbeing and faith formation.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the next phase of growth for the campus while contributing to the strategic direction and success of Xavier College as an integrated Early Years to Year 12 educational community.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading Catholic identity, faithformationand Religious Education.
Providing educational leadership that drives excellence in teaching and learning.
Building apositive,inclusiveandstudent-centred campus culture.
Leading staffperformance,developmentandwellbeing.
Strengthening engagement withfamilies,parishesandcommunity partners.
Ensuring operational excellence and effective implementationofCollegepriorities.




Collaborating with fellow Campus Principals and College leaders to achievestrategicobjectives.
Driving continuous improvement through evidence-informed practice and innovation.
