Job Description
Pact Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Household & Industrial operations across Braeside and Baroda sites, with accountability for safety, people, performance and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive reliability, productivity and quality while leading a team of operational leaders and manufacturing staff.
The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, CI programs and collaboration across functions.
