We're seeking an experienced Team Leader CSSDto provide day-to-day leadership and support to our dedicated CSSD team, helping ensure the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality sterilisation services within a busy clinical environment.
About the Role
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Advanced experience as anInstrument Technician
Experience within endoscopy environments
Certificate IV in Sterilisation
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Confidence in decision-making and team leadership
A positive, reliable and professional approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
