We are looking for a hands on, hospitality passionate Manager to lead our bar and restaurant.
You will run the floor, manage the bar, and lead a team in a busy venue.

Run the floor and manage bar operations
Lead and encourage fellow team members
Manage a busy bar and restaurant
About you
2+ years experience managing a busy bar and restaurant
Robust leader who can run the floor and manage a bar
Drinks knowledge and food knowledge
Ability to keep composed under pressure whilst being great with guests
Approved managers certificate necessary
Must be available weekends
5 day working week
