Job Description
YMCA Victoria is seeking a Duty Manager for the Drouin Outdoor Pool for the ******* summer season.
You will oversee centre functions during shifts, maintain relationships with users, and uphold safety standards.
This casual role offers leadership responsibilities and a strong community impact.
Applicants should hold a Lifeguard Certificate, CPR, and First Aid, with a commitment to safety and wellbeing of all facility users, including children and families.
In office involvement is required.
