Paxus is seeking a Business Readiness Lead to drive the preparation for a modern ERP implementation in a large, complex organisation.
You will work with operational teams and project groups to ensure processes are practical and well understood, supporting the transition to new systems and ways of working.
You will review and improve processes, develop explicit documentation and lead change, training and governance efforts to ensure sustainable benefits realization.
