Job Description
Vicinity is seeking a Maintenance Officer to ensure the smooth operation of our retail centre facilities.
You will manage routine upkeep, preventive maintenance, and repairs to keep plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems functioning safely and efficiently.
In this role you will support emergency procedures, coordinate with contractors, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and asset readiness for retailers, staff, and customers.
