Blue Sky Community Services is seeking an experienced Executive Director: People and Culture to lead our people, culture, workforce and safety strategies from our NSW HQ.
You will sit on the Executive Leadership Team and drive capability, engagement and high performance across the organisation.
This full time role requires strong knowledge of Australian employment law, WHS, and workforce development, with a focus on building an inclusive, values‐driven culture and resilient, capable leadership.
