Infinite Aged Care Edge Hill is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to lead the clinical care team in our aged care facility.
Full time role, Monday to Friday, with afternoon shifts 2:30pm-10:30pm, reporting to the General Manager and Clinical Care Manager.
