SkyPoint Bistro+Bar on the Gold Coast is seeking a skilled Chef or CDP for casual, on-site work on the 77th floor of the Q1 building.
You will prepare wide-ranging menu items for à la carte, café, and events, while collaborating with Kitchen and F&B; teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ideal candidates have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and experience in high-volume, busy environments, with HACCP knowledge and strong teamwork.
Flexibility with shifts is required.
