Kotzur is seeking a Chief People & Safety Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team in Australia.
The role leads the integrated People, Culture and Workplace Health & Safety functions across multiple sites, driving workforce capability, safety governance and organisational performance.
You will partner with the Managing Director and executives to shape people strategy, risk management and leadership development while embedding safety systems and data analytics to support strategic decisions.
