We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our South Perth team and help adults living with mental health challenges build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives within their communities.
This is the perfect opportunity for a clinician who enjoys psychosocial disability and wants the freedom to develop their practice in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
You'll work closely with participants experiencing complex needs, delivering recovery-focused interventions that create lasting change.

While there is a strong focus on adult psychosocial practice, you'll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience across other areas if desired.
For those who enjoy a change of scenery, we also offer optional FIFO opportunities to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, and Port Hedland.

Your Role:
As an OT in our team, you'll make a meaningful difference through:
Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
