Specialised Force Pty Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales and Service Repair coordinator to join our Kilsyth Melbourne Branch.
This role blends customer service, internal sales and service coordination, working with customers, technicians, sales and warehouse teams.
Key duties include managing enquiries, orders and bookings; preparing and following up quotes; coordinating job reports; processing work orders, invoices and warranty claims; and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service.
