POSITION: Adelaide Fringe Ticketing Programs Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Ticketing Manager
EMPLOYMENT: Full time (Fixed Term, FTE 38 Hours), 3 November **** to 21 March ****
SALARY: $68,042 per annum (pro rata), plus 12% superannuation
ESSENTIAL / DESIRABLE CRITERIA
Education / Experience
Demonstrated experience in a ticketing, box office or customer service leadership role in festivals, events or venues.
Experience supervising staff in high-pressure or fast paced operational contexts.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Red61 or similar).
Solid computer literacy across Microsoft Office, Google Suite and digital tools.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays across a rotating roster during February and March ****.
Current Police clearance, or willingness to obtain one.




Experience in an open-access arts festival.
