Job Description
Newcastle Anglican is seeking a Team Leader for Samaritans Homelessness Services (SHS) in the Lower Hunter/ Newcastle region.
You will lead SHS teams delivering crisis and ongoing support to young people, ensuring safety, dignity and robust partnerships with other services.
You will shape practice, supervise staff, and drive reporting and outcomes in line with funding requirements, while upholding trauma-informed approaches and client confidentiality.
