Tradezone Pty Ltd is launching a brand-new Distribution Centre in Melbourne and seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the build and operations.
You will oversee a 30+ build team and three Shift Managers, driving safe, efficient processes and a culture of continuous improvement.
You will analyse KPIs, coach leaders, and deploy systems that scale with rapid growth.
This role requires travel to Queensland for initial training and a proactive, calm leadership style in a quick-paced
