Body: Sheppard Mining Contracting is expanding its underground division in Western Australia.
We are seeking a motivated Leading Hand Underground Service Crew to join our team in a Kalgoorlie Residential Position.
This pivotal role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of underground leadership experience, in addition to strong service crew skills.
You will coordinate daily activities, provide mentorship, and liaise with supervisors to ensure secure and efficient operations.
