Job Description
Bunnings Group is seeking a Customer Care & Warranty Specialist to turn complex customer challenges into practical solutions for Frame & Truss customers.
You'll be a trusted contact, taking ownership of enquiries, complaints and warranty matters from first conversation through to resolution.
You'll coordinate with Technical, Production, Scheduling, Dispatch, Sales and Account Management teams to resolve building and structural issues, arrange site inspections, and keep customers informed with
