Belgravia Leisure is seeking an outstanding people leader to coach, inspire and manage the team at Casterton Pool this summer season.
This is a casual role (November – April), leading the day-to-day operations of a beloved community facility.
As Centre Manager, you'll own the pool's operational, financial and program deliverables, ensuring a protected, welcoming experience.
You'll lead a passionate team, drive performance and build robust relationships with the local Council and community.
