Job Description
Pinangba Services seeks a Residential Service Manager for the Star of the Sea Elders Village on Thursday Island.
You will lead a team delivering value-based, person-centred care, guided by robust quality standards and governance.
You will drive occupancy, sustain finances and coordinate maintenance and lifestyle programs in a culturally respectful environment.
Working with senior clinicians, you will coach nurses and carers to ensure compassionate, safe care for Elders and their community, while
