Job Description
The Anchorage Hotel & Spa in Australia is seeking a part time Guest Relations team member to welcome guests, manage reservations, handle enquiries, and process transactions.
You will have knowledge of hotel facilities and assist with check-in and check-out.
This role requires RSA certification, and a 7‐day rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not essential; diversity is valued and encouraged.
