Job Description
Stamford Plaza Adelaide requires an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a diverse F&B; operation within a luxury hotel.
You will drive banquets and events, manage multiple outlets including casual and fine dining spaces, and ensure outstanding service and commercial results.
You will report to the Director of Culinary and Deputy General Manager, leading a large team, monitoring budgets, and delivering guest-focused experiences in a high-volume hotel setting.
