Job Description
James Fisher Defence (JFD Australia) is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to support end-to-end employee lifecycle across Australia, including Cowan Manufacturing.
You will partner with managers and global HR to co-ordinate recruitment, onboarding and compliance, with occasional travel to sites.
This permanent, full time role offers hybrid work (1 day from home) and the chance to develop HR expertise across ER, policy and payroll processes while contributing to growth and employee experience.
