Job Description
Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a Client Engagement Officer to be the first point of contact for recent Home Care enquiries and to assist clients through onboarding, coordinating with Client Coordination, Scheduling and Accounts.
You will use your admin skills and experience with the My Aged Care portal to track service demand, identify growth opportunities, and ensure a smooth onboarding process while delivering outstanding customer service.
