BaptistCare is seeking a Partner in the Community Service Area Manager – Local Area Coordination to lead a mobile LAC team across Tasmania.
You'll provide day-to-day operational leadership, coaching and supervision to enable person-led services for people with disability.
You will work with NDIA, government and community partners to strengthen access to inclusive supports and deliver high-quality services while promoting community participation and capacity building.
