Journey Early Learning Moe is looking for a Trainee Educator to join our team.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an early learning setting while working towards your Early Childhood Education and Care qualification.
You'll learn alongside experienced Educators and receive support from your Centre Leadership Team as you build your knowledge, confidence and skills in early childhood.
About the Role
As a Trainee Educator, you'll support experienced Educators to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children while completing your qualification.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
Build positive relationships with children and families
Assist with play-based learning experiences and activities
Help create safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
Learn about early childhood development and educational practice
Gain practical experience while working towards your qualification
Work as part of a collaborative Early Childhood Education team
No previous Early Childhood experience is required.
We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with children, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and ready to begin their career in Early Childhood Education.
You'll bring:
