Job Description
Nuix is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to anchor AI-enrichment work within the Nuix Neo platform.
You will own architecture, drive reliability, partner with Architecture to converge on target-state tech, and contribute hands-on coding while mentoring engineers.
The role requires experienced backend work in Java/Spring, familiarity with AI/ML product delivery, and collaboration with data scientists across a hybrid cloud/on‐prem setup.
This is a hands-on leadership role in Sydney.
