Eptec is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our team in Henderson, WA. This hands‐on role supports the employee lifecycle and helps drive our growing organisation.

You will manage onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, and remuneration processes, while ensuring compliance with HR policies. The successful candidate will have HR coordination or generalist experience, a relevant degree, strong communication, and ideally experience with HRIS.
