21T Excavator Operator - Subdivision Works (GPS) | Lennox Heads / Daybreak Way | Immediate Start

Fetch Recruitment are seeking an experienced Excavator Operatorto jump onto a 21-tonne machine on a busy subdivision / civil residential project. This is hands-on bulk and final trim work, working alongside crews on tight programs-ideal for an operator who's neat, efficient, and safe.

The Role
n
You'll be operating a 21T excavator completing a mix of:
n
n
Subgrade / boxing-up, trimming and batter work
n
Road prep, crossings, service trenches and backfill support
n
Spotting and working around services (dial-before-you-dig conditions)
n
GPS/machine control work (where required on site)
n




General civil duties as needed (keeping the machine tidy, pre-starts, assisting the crew)
n

What You'll Need
n
n
Proven experience operating *****T excavators on subdivision/civil works
n
GPS / machine control experience (highly regarded)
n
Robust final trim ability and attention to levels/finish
n
White Card (required)
n
Reliable transport + punctuality (civil site expectations)
n
n
