ESR Group's Property Finance team is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end financials for a diverse property portfolio in Sydney. You will partner with Asset Management and Property teams to deliver accurate reporting, compliance and commercial insights.
This 12-month fixed-term contract covers month-end reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, cash flow forecasting and trust accounting, with exposure to IFRS standards and external audits.
