The Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Dandenong South to recruit a Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic prospect for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being an integral part of a busy team. Working closely with customers, the sales team and internal departments, you will provide end-to-end sales administration support, coordinate customer orders and help ensure a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
n
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Prepare quotes, order confirmations and sales documentation
n
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
n
Liaise with customers regarding orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes
n
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and operations teams
n
Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order information within internal systems
n
Proactively follow up outstanding orders and assist with resolving any issues
n
Prepare and update reports,



spreadsheets and sales documentation
n
Assist with ad hoc sales administration tasks as required
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Internal Sales or a similar role
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Confidence managing multiple customer requests and priorities
n
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
n
Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems will be highly regarded
n
Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale or a product-based environment is advantageous
n
A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
n

$70,000-$80,000 + Superannuation depending on experience
