We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to step into a highly visible transformation program and lead the delivery of two critical streams of work that will help solve long-standing business challenges.

This role requires an experienced delivery leader who can navigate complexity, build alignment across a large stakeholder group, and drive outcomes in an environment focused on execution rather than bureaucracy. You'll partner closely with senior leadership, act as a trusted second-in-command, and bring structure, accountability, and momentum to a program that will shape the organisation for years to come.

Based in Melbourne, this initial 6-month contract will suit someone who thrives in challenging environments, enjoys leading through ambiguity, and has the credibility to influence stakeholders at every level.

This is: what you'll do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of key transformation initiatives
n
Drive programoutcomes across a large and complex stakeholder landscape
n
Manage engagement and alignment across more than 80 stakeholders
n
Deliver strategic data-related initiatives focused on quality and consistency
n
Oversee the planning and execution of a new testing strategy and environment roadmap
n
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to remove roadblocks and accelerate delivery
n
Establish clear governance, accountability, and delivery discipline
n
Manage risks, dependencies,



and competing priorities across multiple workstreams
n
Drive teams towards agreed outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
n
Support long-term transformation objectives through practical and effective execution
n

This is: what you'll need
n
n
Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex enterprise programs
n
Proven ability to lead large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives
n
Solid stakeholder management skills across executive, operational, and delivery teams
n
Experience delivering data-related projects, including data quality and governance initiatives
n
Exposure to ERP environments and end-to-end enterprise platforms
n
Experience establishing or improving testing strategies and delivery frameworks
n
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive accountability
n
High levels of integrity, resilience, and commercial judgement
n
Ability to thrive in complex environments with significant organisational change
n
