Job responsibilities:

Maintain infection prevention practices and secure medication administration standards.

Perform focused reassessments and escalation concerns through appropriate clinical channels.

Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
n
Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols.

Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
